Portrait #3 - Sweater girl

Hello!
This is a drawing I started in June but only finished at the beginning of July. I chose a commercial picture from Eric Bompard that advertised a cashmere sweater. I thought it would be interesting to focus not only on the face/hair but also on the clothes. And sure, it was interesting but boy was it long! That sweater must have taken me several hours. But it's worth it because I'm really happy with how this turned out. It made me feel really confident about my drawing skills and now I want to draw all the time! I also think I'm getting better with hair.
Love, Elsa

  1. Elsa, this drawing is wonderful! Love the hair and the texture of the sweater, they're great! :) I also love the fact that you put in so much effort and time to create such a very detailed and meticulous piece. It's definitely worth it because the drawing turned out amazing as usual. You should definitely continue to draw and draw all the time, you're really great at it! :)
