Portrait #6 - Holland Roden

Hello!
I have been drawing so much lately and I love it. I'm always feeling inspired and I feel that I'm getting better as I practice. Drawing posts used to be a bit rare, at least on my older blog but now you can expect to see them more often.
This portrait is one of the lovely Holland Roden. Actually, the first portrait I ever drew "seriously" was one of Holland Roden, but it really wasn't that great and it didn't even look like her. But that was a few years ago and now I'd say it does look like her. The hair took such a long time to draw but it was fun. I'm happy with how it looks. I know it could look better but I also know that it's the best I can do for now, and it's better than what I used to do. I think we should always view our progress this way, thinking about how better we have become rather than how much better we could be.
Now, I would love your suggestions on who I should draw next. I feel like I only draw white women, and there's nothing wrong with them, but I'd like to add a little more diversity. I am already planning on drawing the beautiful Golshifteh Farahani because I loved her in Just Like A Woman but I can never have too many plans. So please tell me who you would like to see a drawing of, especially if they are of color (but not necessarily). You can comment on any post or send me an email.
I hope you like this drawing. Thanks for reading and have a nice day,
Love, Elsa
